Overall badger is a good and reputable product. HOWEVER, with design changes over the years they have decided to have a manufactured dishwasher hard knockout plug put into the design. Once upon a time this was a simple and obvious easily removable plug that simply removed with a slight tug. The MAJOR FLAWS with a hard knockout plug is 1. If you forget or overlook taking an extremely small flathead screwdriver and hammer to this thing, you will ultimately flood your home in the kitchen area and possibly basement causing tons of damage. 2. Once again creating a scenario for major flooding. In my professional opinion. GET RID OF THE DRAIN LINE KNOCKOUT AND GO BACK TO A SIMPLE REMOVABLE (BY HAND) PLUG.
