The radio reception is better than my old Bose, sound is much better, and it is great to have the CD player. The ability to stream internet radio is really nice and the sound quality is excellent, but be aware that it ONLY can do this through a phone based app. The radio itself has no real internet connectivity otherwise, or, at least, no INTERFACE to do so. Also, while you can stream audio TO the bose via Bluetooth, you CANNOT stream the audio playing from the Bose TO a bluetooth speaker or headphones. So if you wish to use a remote speaker you need to get additional (pricey) BOSE speakers, which, frankly, annoys me a lot.
